With their shared commitment to social responsibility, Book Aid Asia and World Vision Optics have joined forces through the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU). The signing formalizes a dynamic collaboration between the two organizations, driven by their common vision to uplift underprivileged children in Malaysia.
The MoU was signed by Mr. Chan Shui Chin of World Vision Optics and Encik Abu Hassan Ahmad of Book Aid Asia. This partnership represents a significant step forward in the collective effort to empower underprivileged children, equipping them with the tools and support necessary to excel in their education and ultimately succeed in life.

Vision Care: Recognizing the critical role of good vision in a child's education, free eye checks will be provided to children in selected schools. Free spectacles will be offered to those in need, ensuring that poor vision is no longer a barrier to learning.
Fostering a Love for Reading: The partners are committed to creating a love for reading among children by establishing book clubs in selected schools. Each club will be stocked with a rich collection of storybooks, nurturing a lifelong passion for learning and exploration.
