We are thrilled to share some amazing news from SK Balun, located in Slim River! Today marked a truly momentous occasion as they received a donation of English storybooks from Book Aid Asia.
This donation isn't just about providing books; it's about igniting a love for reading among our young learners. With these captivating stories in hand, we aim to cultivate a culture of literacy that will enrich the minds and hearts of our students from Year 4 to Year 6.
In partnership with Book Aid Asia, SK Balun also organized an English Empowerment program at the school. Through engaging sessions like "Book is a Treasure of Knowledge" and "English Appreciation," the young learners spent valuable time exploring the wonders of the English language.
